* Please allow ample time in severe weather or traffic conditions (snow, ice, etc...)

Mistakes:
Lets face it, mistakes happen. Have you ever been to a restaurant and got your order 100% correct every time? Didn't think so, us either.
* If the mistake is ours, we will return to the restaurant, at no charge to you, to pick up the correct food.
* If the mistake is on the part of the restaurant, (your receipt is correct but doesn't match the order) unfortunately there is not much we can do to correct the problem. However, we ask that you contact us immediately as some restaurants will correct the order.
* Due to health codes we are unable to open your bags for any reason to check an order.
* To minimize the chance of an order error, we suggest you keep custom orders to a minimum.
